"Needed some work before it was playable"
I ordered a guitar from glarrymusic.com, and when it showed up I was in a excited mood to try it out right away. The guitar looked decent enough for the price, but once I started playing, it was clear it wasn’t really ready to go out of the box.

The string height was too high, and I noticed buzzing in a few spots, so I had to spend some time adjusting the setup before it felt usable. I wasn’t expecting perfection for what I paid, but I did expect it to be a little easier to play when it arrived

"A bit more scratched up than I expected"
It plays okay, I guess, but the body had a few dents and paint chips right out of the box. I was kind of hoping it would be in better shape.

"Kind of regret ordering it after seeing the packaging"
The guitar itself seems to be okay, but the way it showed up really made me second-guess the purchase. The box was crushed, barely taped shut, and just looked like it had been packed in a hurry. I was relieved the guitar wasn’t damaged, but the cheap packaging left a bad impression

"Felt like a bait and switch on shipping"
The shipping was way slower than I expected. It seemed like it would arrive quickly when I ordered, but then it just dragged on forever. Kind of had that bait-and-switch feeling where the experience didn’t match what I thought I was signing up for.

I tried reaching out for help and the replies took forever, and when they finally did respond, it didn’t even really answer what I was asking. It felt like they were just brushing me off and hoping I’d stop bothering them. Super frustrating experience

I ordered a few accessories from Glarry and, actually, they just didn’t feel very good quality. The cable stopped working quickly, and the strap feels thin and kind of flimsy. They’re not the absolute worst, but I probably wouldn’t buy their accessories again.

"Needed work right out of the box"
The guitar looked fine when it showed up, so I was hopeful, but the setup from the factory was rough. The action was way too high and there was buzzing in a few spots, so it really wasn’t fun to play out of the box. I ended up taking it in and paying extra just to get it playing the way it should have from the start. I didn’t even bother reaching out to customer service because I don’t trust them to do much besides give me the runaround.

"In the end, I’d say it’s fine..."
In the end, I’d say it’s fine for a beginner, just not something that blew me away. It’s a decent starter guitar, but mine definitely needed a setup before it felt good to play. Once that was taken care of, it was usable and did the job.

"Got a different guitar stand than I ordered"
I ordered a black guitar stand, but the one that showed up wasn’t the same one I picked. It still does the job, so I’m not totally stuck, but it’s not what I paid for. Reaching out to support was kind of frustrating too because it took a while, and I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to. Not the worst experience ever, just annoying...

"I really wanted to like this, but..."
I really wanted to like this, but right out of the box it just felt kind of cheap-ish. The finish had a couple rough spots here and there, and the knobs felt a little wobbly or not super solid. It does play fine enough, but you can sort of tell they cut some corners. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing for the price, but I did think it would feel a bit sturdier overall.

"Felt like nobody checked it before sending it out"
I bought an electric guitar from Glarry and right out of the box the electronics were acting up. As soon as I plugged it in, I was getting crackling, the volume would randomly drop, and the tone knob barely seemed to do anything. I tried a couple different cables and another amp just to make sure it wasn’t my setup, but it was the same every time. I get that it’s a budget guitar, so I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but I did expect it to at least work properly. The whole thing just had that feeling like no real person had checked it before it shipped. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

"My guitar order turned into a whole ordeal"
I was excited to order a new guitar, but the checkout process sucked the fun out of it. I found the one I wanted, added it to my cart, and figured I’d be done in a couple minutes. Instead, the site started dragging, pages were loading super slowly, and then the payment screen froze right when I was trying to finish. For a minute I couldn’t tell if the order had gone through or if I was about to be charged twice. I ended up refreshing and starting the whole checkout process over again, which was really frustrating. It all worked out eventually, but it definitely wasn’t the smooth buying experience I was hoping for

"Not gonna lie, it didn’t hold up"
Not gonna lie, I wasn’t expecting anything amazing since it was a cheap guitar from Glarry, but I still expected it to last longer than a few weeks. I only used it for normal practice at home and wasn’t rough with it at all. Quickly, the tuning pegs started getting loose and one of the knobs began wobbling. For the price, I get that it’s basic, but parts shouldn’t already feel like they’re wearing out. I wouldn’t buy another one.

I sent it back. Then I waited way too long for the refund. Support wasn’t much help either. They kept giving me vague answers. Frustrating overall.

so I really wanted to like this, but it goes out of tune way too quickly. I keep having to adjust it, which gets frustrating fast.

"Bad Sound and Terrible Timing"
I ordered a guitar from glarrymusic.com the sound was disappointing. It’s thin, kind of buzzy, and even after messing with the tuning for a while, it still didn’t sound right. I wasn’t expecting some high-end instrument, but this was worse than I figured it would be. The timing made it even more annoying because I got it right when I needed something usable, and now I’m stuck dealing with this instead. Not happy with it at all
